- Contact/In Person – located in our beautiful Leawood, KS office
- Non-Contact – learn at your own pace with pre-recorded material and a post-test.
All trainings are identified on how they will be delivered. We do not offer hybrid trainings or workshops, but many of our trainings are available in multiple formats.

These trainings are perfect for those who need to learn at their own pace, or prefer pre-recorded trainings or book readings to capture knowledge to develop their expertise.
These trainings require passing of 80% on a post-test over the recorded material to be eligible for the continuing education certificate.
