Teresa Paterson Bartch, LPC, LCPC, RPT-S™is a dynamic speaker and supervisor, where her natural personality is quick-witted, connected and attuned, thoughtful and professional. She is skilled with conceptualization, including, paying specific attention to traumatic experiences and family systems influences. She has over 30 years experience working with children, teens and families, with her earlier career years as an infant-toddler specialist, autism specialist and Head Start Director. After extensive experience as a clinical mental health professional, her focus has turned to training and supervising clinical professionals, Play Therapy Supervision and EMDR Consultation. She is a board approved clinical supervisor in Kansas and Missouri. She has developed a successful group practice in the Kansas City area, is an approved provider for continuing education (NBCC, APT), and provides business consultation to other clinical professionals developing their own private practice or group practice. 

Her expertise is psychodynamic, attachment informed and utilizes Child Centered Play Therapy, Adlerian Play Therapy, Attachment Based Play Therapy, EMDR integrated with Play Therapy, IFS, Family Systems and Sand Tray Therapy.
